FMD Antibody Detection Elisa Kit: (R5109)
FMD Antibody Detection Elisa Kit; 120 NUNC Maxisorp immunpolates supplied (plus 20 U bottom) polypropylene Spot test: 40 sera can be tested per plates: a total of 4800 sera per kit, for a single serotype. If reagents are required to test sera for antibodies to more than one serotype, to be teste, i.e. one Kit would test 1600 sera for antibodies to serotype O, A and C.
Titration assay: Up to 10 sera can be tested per plate; a total of 1200 sera per kit.
The combination of spot and titration assays (and the number of serotypes) will determine the number of sera which can be tested with a kit.

Important Note
The following documentation is required from the end user for consideration of release of materials cut of UK Institute at Pirbright and is subject to the following:

1. Letter of Undertaking (sample attached herewith). This is required for completion by the end user on their headed paper and forwarded to Labfoard at time of placement of a confirmed order, or before IF possible to avoid any shipping delays.
2. IAH require a copy of the import permit, or other suitably signed paperwork that gives information to import such materials.

This documentation is necessary and has been in force since the UK FMD outbreak in late 2007.
