FMD Antigen Detection Elisa Kit: (R5108)
FMD Antigen Detection Elisa kit, 7 serotypes, allowing a minimum of 360 samples to be tested (one plate per assay – control antigens plus 3 test samples.
More samples can be tested if more than plate is used per assay (second and subsequent plates – no controls, 5 test samples).
A Kit for 3, 4 samples will allow a minimum of 720 samples to be tested (one plate per assay control antigens plus 6 tests samples). More samples than one plate per assay – second and subsequent plates, no controls, 10 test samples).
Important Note
The following documentation is required from the end user for consideration of release of materials cut of UK Institute at Pirbright and is subject to the following:

Letter of Undertaking ( sample attached herewith). This is required for completion by the end user on their headed paper and forwarded to Labfoard at time of placement of a confirmed order, or before IF possible to avoid any shipping delays.

IAH require a copy of the import permit, or other suitably signed paperwork that gives information to import such materials.
This documentation is necessary and has been in force since the UK FMD outbreak in late 2007.
